Canadian Health Products Manufacturer Acquires West Seneca Industrial Buildings

Ontario, Canada – A pair of West Seneca industrial buildings was acquired by a Canadian health products manufacturer. The property was used as a warehouse facility and an urgent care clinic by Excellus Health Plan, mother company of Univera Healthcare.

The Reena Group Companies, a natural health products manufacturer in Scarborough, Ontario acquired a pair of buildings owned by Excellus Health Plan. The property acquisition costed 1.4 million dollars. Excellus Health Plan is the mother company of Univera Healthcare, and is also a part of Lifetime Healthcare Companies. The said buildings were previously used for non-manufacturing purposes. However, the new owner will turn the property to industrial use. The representative of Excellus, David Schiller said that they had the same interest with the buildings, turning it into an office or a building for industrial purposes. The acquisition, will now fulfill those similar kinds of intention.
