Silver Spring, Maryland – The Food and Drug Administration wants are more realistic list of the serving sizes from different food companies.

This is still in line with the aim to minimize the number of obese people in the United States. When people are aware of how much food they are putting in their body, they will most likely be vigilant about what they eat.
